Meet Our Team

Soumya Arun Kumar

Co-Founder
Soumya is a very able administrator having over 30 years’ experience in the General Insurance Industry in India. Her professional skills are frequently called-for in technical evaluation of insurance-related frauds by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Government of India.
On a personal front, Soumya has always been inspired by sanitation and hygiene issues especially in India and ventured into Elemantra playing a key role as an Ideator and a solution provider in women’s health and hygiene. She brings to the table a huge amount of passion and a keenness to do some good as well.

Arun Kumar

Founder & CEO
Arun brings in vast experience in the fields of sales, marketing and business development. Having worked in various corporations for nearly 30 years, he has had the privilege to have been associated in a wide spectrum of industries ranging from animation, media & entertainment to engineering plastics, software solutions and much more.
Arun is equally passionate about finding solutions to various social issues especially in the health, hygiene and waste management sector and works to achieve his dreams in close coordination with the community.
