Electrical Installation Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Electric Incinerator Installation Technicians to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for installing small electric incinerators in schools, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Your expertise will contribute to creating a healthier and cleaner environment for educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Install small electric incinerators in schools according to provided blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule installations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine suitable locations for incinerator installation, considering factors such as space availability and ventilation requirements.
  • Assemble, connect, and calibrate electrical and mechanical components of the incinerator system.
  • Test installed incinerators to verify proper functioning, making necessary adjustments or repairs as required.
  • Train school staff members on operating procedures and maintenance of the incinerator system.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed incinerators, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations during installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of installation processes, including equipment used and any modifications made.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve installation processes, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Electric Incinerator Installation Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and an understanding of their integration with electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools necessary for installation and repair tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and school staff.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safety protocols.
